All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
Processing times may be longer during:

• Sales or promotions
• Holidays

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Typical delivery timeframes:
• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

4. Incorrect Address / Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Luxxury Skin is not responsible for:
• Packages delivered to the wrong address
• Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
If you entered the wrong address, contact us within 12 hours at support@luxxuryskinn.com.
We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.), Luxxury Skin is no longer responsible for:

• Stolen packages
• Carrier delays
• Missing or incorrect tracking updates
If your order is delayed or missing, please contact your carrier directly with your tracking number.

We will replace the affected item(s) when applicable.
